Production designers often find themselves alternating between creative and technical design. Part of the role involves developing assets based on approved brand concepts, while the other entails securing specifications and ensuring that deliverables align perfectly with them.
At Acart, you’ll live that familiar scenario, but you’ll also do more. You’ll be familiar with all the brands we work with, but you’ll work closely with the conceptual team to become an expert in the nuances of our clients’ visual brands. Once a look and feel is established for a campaign, for example, you’ll apply it across a broad array of elements, as required. You’ll be the go-to person who ensures that all creative that’s developed for any of those clients is spot-on before it leaves the building. While comfortable and knowledgeable in the print world, you are an expert in bringing digital to life, whether online or out-of-home.
In your role, you’ll report to and support Acart’s Production Director, while also collaborating daily with individuals in our client experience, conceptual, and media teams. You will help implement practices that improve efficiency and ensure better results.
Your responsibilities
- Making various formats of supplied artwork production-ready (digital and traditional) and resolving any issues that arise during production
- Preparing final files, based on supplied media specifications in a variety of formats
- Preparing final press-ready files, based on supplied specifications for printed collateral, trade show materials, and dimensional assets
- Providing image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation, and preparing images for online and mobile applications
- Packaging and pre-flighting files for release to printers or media partners, and conducting press checks
- Creating PDFs for print and client review
- Cataloging and referencing creative files for future projects
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise with internal creative and media teams and external suppliers
- Creating HTML5 banners in line with publisher specifications
- Developing PowerPoint templates
- Adapting branded content, such as PDFs, Word docs, and PPTs, from an old look and feel to a new one

We are on the search for a talented individual who will provide strategic support in the form of HR admin, Accounts Payable, and other admin support to our ownership team.
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ownership team, working on HR administration, handling data entry tasks, expense management using our agency management software, and supporting accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize work, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
In your role, you’ll report to the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Owner. You will work closely with Acart’s ownership team while also working with individuals on our management team.
Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the ownership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist with HR administration, including maintaining employee files and processing paperwork related to onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle data entry tasks using our agency management software, including entering vendor invoices and purchase orders into the accounting system.

We are on the search for a talented, experienced account manager who will provide comprehensive support to our clients. We are looking for this to be a long-term role which will support our business as it continues to evolve. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs for clients, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidence. Being able to think strategically through exposing our existing clients to new products and services while understanding the challenges which our clients face is key. Relationship building and strategic business growth is a core function of this role, the candidate has an established track record of successfully managing complex accounts and growing business within an existing client base.
As a client experience account manager at Acart, your focus will be on managing the overall health of VP, C-level and Marketing Manager/Director client relationships and the profitability associated with a portfolio of assigned accounts, while also ensuring projects are delivered successfully (at the quality) the business demands.
Your core role is to manage multiple projects for a roster of different clients, working closely with our Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll be expected to provide strategic advice and insights while working closely with members of our strategy team, to effectively grow business by identifying new opportunities and services for existing clients.
You’ll be committed to fostering the development of work that inspires and motivates, and to that end you’ll be expected to quickly develop a deep understanding of our clients and their business goals, as well as any general or specific factors that could add value or pose a threat to them. You are the trusted council for your clients; you are their first call when they have an opportunity or issue that needs your guidance.

- Be actively engaged in the timely execution of specific tasks within the overall business plan
- Take an active role in the promotion of Acart work and community engagements through social channels, while encouraging members of your team to do the same

Our agency is a dynamic, fast-paced workplace that requires a person to not only be able to juggle competing priorities but be a versatile problem solver and stay calm under pressure. The role of project manager at Acart requires you to translate client project briefs and budgets into effective/efficient project schedules and tactical briefs for our team to follow. But it does not stop there. Once the schedule is created and the tasks are set, you must be able to recommend the right talent for the job and understand intimately what skills and abilities they possess. Your job at its core is to ensure resources complete work on-time and on-budget. This job will require high quality communication skills, agile thinking, a keen eye for data and an ability to whip various types of projects with diverse types of team members.
You will use different forms of project management such as: Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall. While you may not be an expert in all these types of projects out of the gate, you have a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn and will make it your life’s work to ensure you can successfully deploy projects of all shapes and sizes. You roll up your sleeves to get the work done and can prioritize workflow in your sleep and ensure that the team remains on-task throughout the lifecycle of projects. Lastly you live and breathe technology and will be the company resident with our project management software infrastructure.
