Connections Move Us … OC Transpo partnered with Acart to develop a multi-year Rider Information Campaign, including communications strategy, unique campaign, transit system brand as well as various creative applications.

OC Transpo’s Stage 2 LRT expansion is a high-profile project in the City of Ottawa that has been met with various complex challenges. To ensure riders could seamlessly adopt the new and expanded transit system, OC Transpo needed a Rider Information Campaign that could reinstate a sense of trust and pride in the connections and community that a robust transit system provides a city like Ottawa.





To mobilize public sentiment, we used an AI image generator to create a series of impersonal feeling portraits that enabled us to make a stark connection to a broken system that’s ignoring the emotional impact on real human beings.
