This year, we’ve taken our Christmas game to a whole new level, combining gamification and custom illustrations to simulate #AgencyLife—with a holiday twist!
It’s with great excitement that we invite you to pull up your stockings and play Acart’s Christmas Dash.
Acart’s Christmas Dash is a simple platformer game that starts with a choice. Do you want to show off your creative chops playing as Meg “The Creative” or would you rather help keep the project on track playing as Greg “The Account Manager”? Once you’ve chosen your role, you dash through festive levels, collecting items and fighting holiday monsters on you way to a “bright idea” or happy client at the end of the level.
The idea for a Christmas/agency game was inspired by the popularity of gamification as a marketing tool. With Acart’s Christmas Dash, we are showing how a simple story combined with game elements can create an engaging experience, communicate a message, and increase retention by up to 9%. We look forward to continuing to incorporate gamification in campaigns for our clients in the new year, as we’ve done for clients such as York Region Transit and Health Canada.
