Help Feed Ottawa’s Furry Bellies this Giving Season

When finances are stretched, especially around the holidays, some families are forced to choose between feeding themselves or their pets. The Ottawa Paw Pantry is the area’s first volunteer-run pet supplies and food bank established to help prevent the abandonment or surrender of animals when their families cannot afford to feed them. Sustained entirely by donations, the Ottawa Paw Pantry provides a lifeline for almost 100 pets.

The Ottawa Paw Pantry recently launched its Holiday Pet Food Drive: A Bowlful of Heart. This month long event will help replenish supplies of pet food during this busy time of year.

To help promote Ottawa Paw Pantry’s initiative, the Acart team developed two posters. One to encourage donations, and one to be placed at donation drop-off locations.
