From November 2–8, as part of MRT Week, Canadians are encouraged to honour and celebrate the passionate people behind advanced medical radiation technology. These are the professionals who are an essential link in your healthcare team – performing x-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, and other imaging procedures to help doctors diagnose and treat you and your loved ones.
This year, we’re proud to launch our second installment of the successful “An Essential Link” campaign, as part of the Very Image of Care project we started back in 2011 for the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). To promote MRT Week, the profession, and communicate the important role of Canada’s Medical Radiation Technologists (MRTs), our team was asked to create English and French posters, banners, social media ads, and tent cards.
Here’s a look at the poster creative:
The insight behind the “An Essential Link” creative is that MRTs are the caring, human touch between patients and the advanced technology they need. We communicated this message using powerful words and imagery, including a play on CAMRT’s newly-launched logo (also designed by Acart), to bring out a heart shape.
We’re very proud of this campaign, but even more importantly, we’re proud to support and celebrate Canada’s MRTs for the work they do to help patients across the country.
